sublimation

The sublimation ink is distinctive in its ability to transition directly from a solid state to a gas without going through a liquid phase (similar to dry ice).
This transformation is triggered by heat and regulated by pressure and time. For optimal results, sublimation is most effective on synthetic materials (with a minimum of 60% polyester) or on specially treated fabrics designed to accept sublimation inks.
A modern printing technique that provides high resolution design prints. Ideal for small runs.
Why choose it?
Vibrant and durable prints: Sublimation printing produces vibrant, high-resolution prints that permeate the fabric, resulting in long-lasting and fade-resistant designs.
Unlimited colors and design flexibility: Sublimation allows for an extensive color gamut, enabling the reproduction of intricate designs with a wide range of colors, gradients, and details.
Soft and breathable finish: The sublimation process creates prints that are integrated into the fabric, giving a soft and breathable feel, making it comfortable to wear.
No Added Texture: Unlike some other printing methods, sublimation does not create an additional layer of texture on the fabric, maintaining the natural feel and appearance of the material.
Suitable for various fabrics: Sublimation works exceptionally well on polyester-rich materials and specially treated fabrics, making it versatile for a variety of textiles, including sportswear, activewear, and customized apparel.
